" A WOMAN'S HAIR IS HER CROWNING GLORY"

Are you worried about your hair and how much of it you keep loosing day by day? As a female I know I can answer that question on your behalf as ‘yes!’. Each time you brush your hair and then take a look at the brush or floor, you can’t help but worry and think to yourself ‘How in the world am I going to put an end to this?’ Let me tell you that you are not the only one! It’s a problem all of us females face; with falling hair, split ends, dandruff etc. and most often we really feel helpless and can’t seem to find a proper solution to put an end to it!
You maybe wondering how and why you have this problem with hair. The main reason is due to the insufficient nutrition we get in our diet. I don’t know if you are aware of it but Biotin is a necessary nutrient to promote strong and healthy hair. Therefore supplementing our diet with an extra Biotin food supplementation would be the only way we could overcome our problems faced with hair.
Your hair deserves the best and nothing less! However, with an endless range of products on offer for promoting hair growth, it’s not always easy knowing which one to choose. I am sure you though when choosing, you would defineatly want the best for your hair, and so you would want a product that is very safe, of high quality and one that has been used by many, giving much results. Keeping all these and your best interests in mind, let me introduce you to an amazing solution that would offer you the very best and put an end to your worries and cares about the problems you face with your hair!

Facials at Home!!

Facials should be a part of our beauty regime, not only pamper your skin, they completely relax your mind and body as well. Unfortunately not many of us can afford regular visits to the SPA, be it for financial reasons or just lack of free time. Here is a simple facial you can do at home and it will only take 30 mins of your time once a month.
What you will need
· Towels and facecloths
· Cleanser
· Scrub
· Mask
· Moisturizer
Prepping: Make sure you have all of the above, pull your hair completely back and use a headband or a scarf to hold hair out of your face.
Cleanse: Clean your face using your basic facial cleanser and warm water. Use circular motions with your washcloth to get a nice gentle clean. If you have eye makeup on, gently remove it with eye makeup remover. Rinse your face clean.
Scrub: Exfoliation is the key to smooth healthy skin. Apply a small amount of scrub to your face & neck and gently exfoliate your skin in circular motions, Concentrate on the areas around your nose and forehead. Rinse off when done.
Steam Fill your sink or a plastic tub with warm water, dip a face cloth in and press to your face, repeat 2-3 times. Relax for a few minutes while your pores open.
Mask: Find a mask that is best suited for your skin type (For oily skin, use a clay-based face mask; for dry skin, go for a hydrating gel or cream mask.); apply a good amount of mask to all areas of your face, neck and chest, avoiding the eyes. Leave on for 10- 15 mins or as indicated on the package.
Rinse: Using a warm wet face cloth, wipe off your mask. Be gentle when removing mask and pat dry lightly.
Moisturize: The final step is to apply a soothing moisturizer.

BECAUSE I CARE!! I WILL EDUCATE U SO THAT YOU CAN TOO!!!

IT'S TIME FOR US TO LOVE ON WHAT GOD GAVE US!!
